Sharon Buck has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She served as Assistant Vice-President for National Financial Partners (NFP) where she provided advisory services to corporate executives, private business owners, entrepreneurs and wealthy families. Prior to joining Northern Trust, she and her husband founded a financial services company in Silicon Valley, Atlantis Financial Group and Integrated Planning Solutions, where they provided financial analysis and recommendations on a variety of estate, retirement, and business planning matters. She graduated from Shenandoah University with a bachelor’s degree in education, completed the financial planning designation from The American College, and has been accepted to the California Lutheran University’s MBA program with a specialization in financial planning. She holds the advanced professional designations of Certified Financial Planner, Certified Trust Financial Analyst, Enrolled Agent (tax), Trust & Estate Practitioner, Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, Accredited Divorce Financial Analyst, and Chartered Life Underwriter. She is licensed in Life & Health, Life Settlements, Long-Term Care, Annuities, and Property Casualty Insurance.
